组织承诺(organizational commitment)是指组织成员对自身所处组织的一种承诺。情感承诺是组织承诺的一种,指组织成员被卷入组织、参与组织社会交往的程度。情感承诺对广泛的员工绩效维度有显著和持续的影响。情感性组织承诺(affective organizational commitment,AOC)旨在探讨员工是如何对组织产生情感依赖、高度认同及参与行为。
情感性组织承诺量表的Cronbach’s alpha为0.96,具有良好的信效度。
情感性组织承诺量表为单维量表,总共5道题,采用五级计分法:1=非常不同意、2=不同意、3=不确定、4=同意、5=非常同意。此量表可以计算总分或平均分。

3. I would recommend joining this organization to my friends who are searching for a job.
